Clubs & Orgs Fair Table Registration Now Open!


Campus Life is excited to announce registration is now open for clubs and organizations to table at the fall 2022 Clubs & Orgs Fair, taking place Wednesday, September 7 from 8:00 to 10:00pm on the Library Quad and Bardwell Field.
  • Tabling will take place at the tents on Bardwell Field and the Library Quad. You may specify a tent preference when you submit your group's registration.
  • You will receive your tent assignment in the week leading up to the fair.
  • Set-up of your group's table may begin at 7:30pm.
  • Please watch this video and/or review this quick reference sheet to help you prepare for the fair.
  • RIGHT NOW is an ideal time to make sure your Bates Engage group is updated, and ready to welcome new members! At the very least, ensure your mission, group logo, and group cover photo are updated via the settings page of your officer dashboard. You can review the correct sizes for images on Bates Engage here.
  • Table registration must be submitted by Wednesday, August 31. We are unable to guarantee a table if your group does not register.

BCSG-recognized clubs: Please remember you may request up to $50 via your Bates Engage Accounting Book to support your club’s presence at the Clubs & Orgs Fair. You must do so by Thursday, August 25, and Campus Life and the BCSG Funding & Activities Board (FAB) will ensure that the funds requested are deposited in your club account by Friday, August 26. You may access the Club Funding Application by navigating to your club’s Bates Engage Accounting Book from your Officer Dashboard.
