Mission
Chicks on Sticks aims to create a space for female-identifying skiers and riders in an outdoors industry that otherwise limits accessibility and inclusivity. Providing a community that advocates and aims to make skiing and other snow-sport activities supportive, fun, and welcoming overall allows more access to the outdoors for the female-identifying community.
