Mission
Our club is a place for people to meditate.

There are many reasons to meditate–whether they be related to well-being, spiritual practice, or otherwise–but the club is accommodating of meditators from all backgrounds.

We especially welcome beginner meditators at any meeting. If you are new to meditating, feel free to look at the following links to explore:

If you want to try meditation by yourself first, Bates students currently have free access to Headspace.com premium accounts. This website/app is a great way to try the practice.
