Each year 5-6 recent graduates are invited to live together, serve together and learn together in an interfaith intentional community in Millbrook, NY . The Grace Year fellows serve the community by working at local nonprofits and spend time reflecting on their experience through the lenses of spirituality, social justice and leadership. Housing, food, and transportation are provided and fellows are also given a monthly stipend and a relocation award at the end of their term. Our goal is to assist fellows in clarifying their values, deepening their spirituality, and learning leadership skills to sustain them for a lifetime of transforming leadership.
We have two positions in the area of immigrant advocacy and services that require conversational Spanish, but we also work in other areas such as the environment, food justice and disability services, which do not require Spanish.
We are currently accepting applications for next year's cohort (2022-2023).
