About Us
The Pre-Med Club’s mission is to support Bates students interested in pursuing medical or dental school by providing resources, guidance, and mentorship. The club connects members with volunteer opportunities, organizes advice sessions on the application process, and hosts monthly guest speakers, including physicians from various specialties, to broaden students’ perspectives on healthcare careers. In addition, the club fosters a mentorship network where third- and fourth-year students share their experiences with first- and second-year students, making the pre-medical journey at Bates more approachable and less daunting.
