Join us for an Info Session to learn more about the Emerging Leader Program (ELP), an 18-month rotational program that exposes Liberal Arts undergraduate talent to various business units to help solve critical business problems and provide unique value to Fidelity.

This program offers:

Strategic learning opportunities across multiple teams and functions
Hands-on experience in real projects that make a difference
Professional development and mentorship
A chance to explore different career paths while gaining valuable skills

Who should attend:

Rising seniors graduating in Spring 2027 and available to begin full-time employment in July 2027
Pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Demonstrated strong academic performance
Proven leadership and engagement through student organizations, campus involvement, volunteer activities, internships, co-ops, study abroad experiences, and/or athletics
