Capital Group recruits for its rotational program and internships starting in late summer. Current sophomores / juniors interested in applying in summer / early fall 2026 for positions with summer 2027 start dates should attend THIS session. Capital Group also hires for entry-level postgrad roles on a rolling basis.

Roles at Capital Group tend to be hybrid and based in Southern California. US work authorization is required (OPT / CPT are not accepted).
