Chicks on Sticks aims to create a space for femme and nonbinary skiers and riders in an outdoor industry that otherwise limits accessibility and inclusivity. Fostering a community that advocates for and aims to make skiing and other snow-sport activities supportive, fun, and welcoming for non-male individuals, Chicks on Sticks is a mission-driven club centered around snowsports.
